Road freight between Finland, Europe and the Baltics

We arrange road freight between Finland, the rest of Europe, the Baltic states and Scandinavia, including full truckloads (FTL), part loads (LTL) and pallet groupage. A direct full truckload from Germany typically reaches Finland in 1–2 business days via the Travemünde–Vuosaari ferry. We do not arrange transport to, from or through Russia or Belarus.

Pricing

FTL is priced per trailer for the route. A standard 13.6 m trailer takes 33 EUR pallets. LTL and groupage are priced by loading metre, pallet place or weight, and stackable goods cost less. Ferry fees, fuel surcharges, tail-lift delivery and customs are added where relevant.

Documents

CMR consignment note (we issue it), commercial invoice and packing list, plus export and import declarations and EORI numbers for non-EU countries.

How long does a truck from Germany to Finland take?

About 1–2 business days for FTL, 2–5 for LTL and 5–7 for groupage.

Is customs needed within the EU?

No. Norway, Switzerland and the UK need declarations, and we handle them.

Do you ship to Russia or Belarus?

No. We do not arrange transport to, from or through these countries.

What is a loading metre?

One metre of trailer length across the full width. A non-stackable EUR pallet uses 0.4 ldm.
